• Trim size: 8.5" W × 5.5" H

• With bleed: 8.75" W × 5.75" H

Quarter page

• Trim size: 4.25" W × 5.5" H

• With bleed: 4.5" W × 5.75" H

• Background colors/photos should extend to the bleed edge

• Keep all text/logos at least 0.25" inside the trim. Nothing important near the edge!

EXPORT SETTINGS:  

• PDF Print (preferred)

• 300 DPI resolution

• Crop marks and bleed ON

• Color: If Canva allows: CMYK. Otherwise RGB is acceptable (printer will convert)

IMAGES: 

• Photos should be high resolution (not screenshots)

• Minimum: ~1500–3000 pixels on the long side

• Avoid stretching small images

• Avoid copy/pasting from text messages

FONT & DESIGN TIPS: 

• Use legible fonts (no ultra-thin scripts)

• Minimum font size: 10–12 pt

• Avoid text over busy backgrounds unless high contrast

• Flatten transparency effects (Canva usually handles this in PDF)
